I do understand people's frustrations in that there is no explanation as to what is wrong - the website looks to be working in that you can access the login page (but an error shows when you try to type in your password).
What Netflix should do is put an error message on their website (i.e. "Sorry! The site is currently down, but we are working very hard to fix this!") so people understand that the site is actually down instead of trying to repeatedly reset (yes, that was me).
I honestly thought someone hacked into my account and had changed info around; it only wasnt' until I did a Google search that I found out it was system-wide, Like Anonymous, I was relieved that it wasn't just me!
